Josh and I did a day trip to the Gunks. I led all three pitches of Strictly to Shockleys, then Josh led all three pitches of RMC. That got us to quota. We finished the day swinging leads on Madame G's. In the middle of that climb I was thinking about how well I was climbing and how graceful I must look, when suddenly I banged my hand really hard against the rock and my thumb started bleeding. Bleeding gracefully no doubt.
