Rock Climbing --- 4/11/2008 - 4/13/2008 --- Gunks
Spent the weekend in the Catskills with Meredith. We went to the Gunks and climbed No Picnic. Also walked along the Esopus, stopped at the Red Dog Antique Shop, and spent a very fun afternoon at the Kaatskill Kaleidoscope, the world's largest kaleidoscope. The attached store in the Emerson Resort has some amazing kaleidoscopes. Definitely not kid's toys. Priced for adults too. Rich adults.

It was a blue sky and t-shirt kind of day. Not at all what was forecast. I led No Picnic and cleaned it so Meredith could climb it on toprope. Gunks -- 4/12/2008 | |
