This was the first half of my third pitch (fifth pitch in the Mellor guidebook). It is really nice pitch -- 5.7 on exfoliating granite. And there is virtually no rope drag because you get no gear for the first 120'. I hate rope drag.     Chapel Pond Slab, Adirondacks -- 8/21/2007
