Rock Climbing --- 4/20/2006 --- Gunks

Beautiful spring day of climbing with Vijay. We climbed Bonnie's Roof with the direct finish. I led the first pitch which I had followed the other time I did the climb. Tried to rappel from the top of the direct finish. Turns out two ropes are needed. I was prussiking again. My prussiks have had lots of use lately. After successfully getting off Bonnie's Roof, we went to Modern Times. Vijay had never led the fun pitch. I took the first pitch and followed Vijay's excellent lead on the second pitch. We were going to do Birdland and set a TR on Bird Cage. But they were occupied. So we climbed Roseland to Gelsa. Finished the day with a TR on Trashcan. I couldn't recall the sequence and was pitched off near the top of all three attempts.
