When does a collection of recipes become a cookbook? Maybe when you add a theme?

In any case, I've written this cookbook which I find very handy. It could use a good editor and designer to get it into publishable form, not to mention a passel of appetizing photographs. But it just has me, and my focus is adding new recipes, not getting something published.

P.S. Sorry about the messed up columns in the book. MS Word doesn't preserve tabs properly when converting from a .doc to a .html file.
