Another New Year's trip to the bitter cold of Lake Placid. We played cards on New Year's Eve. One game of Oh Hell went past midnight. Since this was technically the new millenium (there was no year zero), I told everyone that I was excited to win a card game that spanned two millenia. Even longer than the hand of Schafskopf that took all summer.
